Source Separation Purpose:

American flags should never be thrown away. They should be collected for special disposal. Local Boy Scout Troop 92, under the direction of Eagle Scout Robert Campeol is collecting these flags to not only ensure a proper and honorable disposal but to teach younger scouts how to respect our nation’s flag.

Special disposal includes treating each flag with dignity and respect. Local scouts conduct flag burning ceremonies and then bury the ashes.
