The John Marshall Library's Evening Book Club meets at 7 p.m. on the last Monday of the month (except where noted with *) at the Marshall Library. New members are always welcome. - Jan. 28: The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey (with author call-in)
- Feb. 25: Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse
- March 25: Moll Flanders by Daniel Defoe
- April 29: The Story of Beautiful Girl by Rachel Simon
- May 20: Love Medicine by Louise Erdrich (with a weekend field trip to the National Museum of the American Indian in Washington D.C.)
- June 24: Defending Jacob by William Landay
- July 29: The Light Between Oceans by M.L. Stedman
- Aug. 26: The Ruins of Lace by Iris Anthony
- Sept. 30: Isaac's Storm: A Man, A Time, and the Deadliest Hurricane in History by Erick Larson
- Oct. 28: The Space Between Us by Thrity Umrigar
- Nov. 25: The Swerve: How the World Became Modern by Stephen Greenblatt
- Dec. 14: Holiday Party
