Volunteers

Fill out an application today!The library has a variety of volunteer opportunities at all three of its locations. Volunteers must be 13 or older and are asked to commit to six months of volunteering. Flexible hours are available Monday through Friday. E-mail Linda Yowell, or call (540) 422-8519, for more information. Applications are available at all library locations, or you may fill out an online application here.

Help sell books - The Friends of the Fauquier Library, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the library, needs volunteers to help in its used bookstore the Book Cellar. Book Cellar volunteers must be 18 or older. Call Denise Johnson, (540) 439-1939.

Teen volunteer opportunities - Being a teen volunteer is a cool way to get involved at the library and gain some work experience in a really great environment. Complete a volunteer application and return it to the library by Friday, April 30, 2014.
