Request a Data Update
If you feel that any of your descriptive assessments data is inaccurate, you may submit a Data Update Request.
- Descriptive data includes information such as lot size, square footage, condition of property, topography, zoning, etc.
- Descriptive data does NOT include value changes due to lack in uniformity and/or fair market value. These types of reviews require you to schedule a hearing with the Board of Assessors.
All data update requests are validated before any changes are made. Change in Assessment results will be sent after all hearings are complete on December 6, 2013, and before January 1, 2014.
- If your update is validated, and creates a change in assessment, you will receive a new Assessment Notice.
- If your update is validated, and does NOT create a change in assessment, the pertinent data will be updated, but you will NOT receive a new notice.
Data changes will not be reflected in Reassessment Real Estate Online (RREO) until the completion of the 2014 Reassessment.
