Offense: Animal Complaint

On January 2, 2005 in the 6400 block of Duhollow Rd, Warrenton, the complainant reported injury to an animal.

Offense: Assault

On December 31, 2004 in the 9500 block of James Madison Hwy, Warrenton, the complainant reported an assault. Minor injury was noted. Case closed by arrest.

Offense: Assist

On December 27, 2004 in the 13000 block of Robert J Dr, Bealeton, the Sheriff’s Office assisted Fire & Rescue.

On December 27, 2004 in the 5300 block of Balls Mill Rd, Midland, the Sheriff’s Office assisted Rescue.

On December 29, 2004 in the 7200 block of Academy Rd, Warrenton, the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen.

On December 30, 2004 in the 7600 block of Greenwich Rd, Nokesville, the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen.

On December 31, 2004 in the 7100 block of Opal Rd, Warrenton, the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen.

Offense: Destruction of Property

On December 28, 2004 in the 4100 block of Winchester Rd, Marshall, the complainant reported damage to a vending machine. Loss is estimated at $500.

On December 28, 2004 in the 11000 block of Shenandoah Path, Catlett, the complainant reported damage to a mailbox. Loss is estimated at $50.

On December 30, 2004 in the 6400 block of Cotswold Way, Broad Run, the complainant reported damage to a Christmas decoration. Loss is estimated at $40.

On December 30, 2004 in the 9300 block of Elihu Hill Rd, Marshall, the complainant reported damage to a gate. Loss is estimated at $150.

On December 30, 2004 in the 10400 block of Vernon Mills Trail, Marshall, the complainant reported damage to a mailbox. Loss is estimated at $25.

On January 1, 2005 in the 12800 block of Elk Run Rd, Midland, the complainant reported damage to a mailbox. Loss is estimated at $75.

On January 1, 2005 in the 6300 block of Nordix Dr, Warrenton, the complainant reported damage to Christmas decorations and a post. Loss is estimated at $35.

On January 1, 2005 in the 5800 block of Chittenden Dr, Warrenton, the complainant reported damage to Christmas decorations. Loss is estimated at $100.

On January 2, 2005 in the 6400 block of Wildcat Mountain Rd, Warrenton, the complainant reported damage to a window. Loss is estimated at $30. Case closed by arrest.

Offense: Driving Under the Influence

On December 31, 2004 in the 3700 block of Catlett Rd, Catlett, an arrest was made for driving under the influence of alcohol.

On January 1, 2005 in the 7000 block of John S Mosby Hwy, Upperville, arrests were made for driving under the influence of alcohol and public drunkenness.

On January 1, 2005 in the 4000 block of Catlett Rd, Calverton, an arrest was make for driving under the influence of alcohol.

On January 1, 2005 in the 5600 block of James Madison Hwy, The Plains, arrests were made for driving under the influence of alcohol and public drunkenness.

On January 1, 2005 in the 5500 block of Catlett Rd, Midland, an arrest was made for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Offense: Drunk in Public

On December 29, 2004 in the 7400 block of Opal Rd, Warrenton, an arrest was made for public drunkenness.

On January 1, 2005 in the 5500 block of Catlett Rd, Bealeton, two arrests were made for public drunkenness.

On January 2, 2005 in the 6300 block of Village Center Dr, Bealeton, an arrest was made for public drunkenness.

Offense: Fraud

On December 27, 2004 in the 7200 block of Ridgedale Dr, Warrenton, the complainant reported credit card fraud. Loss is estimated at $550. Investigation continues.

Offense: Larceny

On December 27, 2004 in the 7400 block of Whisperwood Dr, Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of vehicle parts. Loss is estimated at $100.

On December 27, 2004 in the 9200 block of Ramey Rd, Marshall, the complainant reported the theft of a vehicle and household items. Loss is estimated at $6550. Case closed arrest.

On December 28, 2004 in the 4100 block of Rectortown Rd, Marshall, the complainant reported damage to and theft from vending machines. Loss is estimated at $200.

On December 29, 2004 in the 14500 block of Snake Castle Rd, Sumerduck, the complainant reported the theft of furniture and tools. Loss is estimated at $9000. Investigation continues.

On December 30, 2004 in the 3400 block of Enduro Run Rd, Midland, the complainant reported the theft of a cell phone. Loss is estimated at $50.

Offense: Motor Vehicle Larceny

On December 27, 2004 in the 10800 block of Shenandoah Path, Catlett, the complainant reported the theft of a motor vehicle. Loss is estimated at $1000. Case closed by arrest.

On December 28, 2004 in the 5300 block of Lee Hwy, Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of a vehicle. Loss is estimated at $5000. Investigation continues.

Offense: Suspicious Occurrence

On January 1, 2005 in the 9800 block of Springs Rd, Warrenton, an arrest was made for traffic violations.

Accidents:

On December 28, 2004 an accident was reported in the 8000 block of the Eastern Bypass involving one vehicle. No injuries were reported.

On December 28, 2004 an accident was reported in the 4800 block of Winchester Rd involving one vehicle and a deer. One injury was reported.

On December 29, 2004 an accident was reported in the 7100 block of Westmoreland Dr involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

On December 29, 2004 an accident was reported at the intersection of Marsh Rd and Robert J Dr involving one vehicle. No injuries were reported.

On December 30, 2004 an accident was reported at the intersection of Remington Rd and Schoolhouse Rd involving one vehicle and a building. No injuries were reported.

On December 30, 2004 an accident was reported in the 9300 block of John S Mosby Hwy involving one vehicle and a deer. No injuries were reported.

On December 30, 2004 an accident was reported in the 4200 block of Cassanova Rd involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

Domestics: The Sheriff’s Office responded to nine domestic incidents.
