Offense: Assault

On May 27, 2005 in the 7100 block of Westmoreland Dr, Warrenton, the complainant reported an assault. Minor injury was reported.

On May 29, 2005 in the 11100 block of Cedar Ln, Bealeton, the complainant reported an assault. No injury was reported.

On May 29, 2005 in the 8400 block of The Mountain Rd, Warrenton, the complainant reported an assault. No injury was reported.

Offense: Assist

On May 24, 2005 the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen in the 2300 block of Cromwell Rd, Catlett.

On May 24, 2005 the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen in the 11700 block of Fort Union Dr, Remington.

On May 24, 2005 the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen in the 7100 block of Baldwin Ridge Rd, Warrenton.

On May 24, 2005 the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen in the 10000 block of Kimberly Ct, Warrenton.

On May 26, 2005 the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen in the 14000 block of Sumerduck Rd, Sumerduck.

On May 29, 2005 the Sheriff’s Office assisted Rescue in the 11000 block of Brent Town Rd, Midland.

Offense: Burglary

On May 25, 2005 in the 7300 block of Atlee Rd, Warrenton, the complainant reported a breaking and entering and theft of a motor scooter. Property was recovered. Case closed by arrests.

Offense: Destruction of Property

On May 23, 2005 in the 9600 block of Clarkes Rd, Bealeton, the complainant reported damage to construction equipment. Loss is estimated at $400.

On May 23, 2005 in the 6500 block of Rapidan Ct, Warrenton, the complainant reported damage to a window screen. Loss is estimated at $50.

On May 23, 2005 in the 5000 block of Lee Hwy, Warrenton, the complainant reported damage to a hose. Loss is estimated at $100.

On May 25, 2005 in the 100 block of Wankoma Dr, Remington, the complainant reported damage to a fence. Loss is estimated at $500.

On May 27, 2005 in the 6400 block of Fosters Fork Rd, Warrenton, the complainant reported damage to a fence. Loss is estimated at $100.

Offense: Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol

On May 25, 2005 in the 9300 block of Ramey Rd, Marshall, an arrest was made for driving while intoxicated.

On May 26, 2005 in the 200 block of Duey St, Remington, an arrest was made for driving while intoxicated.

On May 27, 2005 in the 8800 block of Meetze Rd, Warrenton, an arrest was made for driving while intoxicated.

On May 27, 2005 at the intersection of Catlett Rd and Gaskin’s Ln, Catlett, an arrest was made for driving while intoxicated.

Offense: Drunkenness

On May 25, 2005 in the 300 block of Broadview Av, Warrenton, an arrest was made for public intoxication.

On May 26, 2005 in the 1600 block of Atoka Rd, Marshall, an arrest was made for public intoxication.

On May 26, 2005 in the 7100 block of Burke Ln, Warrenton, an arrest was made for public intoxication.

Offense: Family Offense

On May 24, 2005 in the 6200 block of Catlett Rd, Bealeton, the Sheriff’s Office investigated a non-violent family offense. Case closed by arrest.

Offense: Fraud

On May 23, 2005 in the 12200 block of Hawkes Ln, Midland, the complainant reported a incident of fraud. No loss was reported.

Offense: Hit and Run Accident

On May 23, 2005 on Colonial Rd, Warrenton, the complainant reported a hit and run accident. Loss is estimated at $1,000. This incident included driving under the influence of alcohol, and was closed by arrest.

On May 28, 2005 in the 1700 block of Delaplane Grade Rd, Upperville, the complainant reported a hit and run accident. Loss is estimated at $2150.

Offense: Intimidation

On May 27, 2005 in the 6600 block of Oak Shade Rd, Bealeton, two complainants reported intimidation.

On May 29, 2005 in the 12500 block of John Marshall Hwy, Linden, the complainant reported intimidation.

On May 29, 2005 in the 3500 block of Cobbler Mountain Rd, Delaplane, the complainant reported intimidation.

Offense: Larceny

On May 23, 2005 in the 9400 block of James Madison Hwy, Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of gasoline. Loss was later recovered.

On May 23, 2005 in the 5000 block of Lee Hwy, Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of gasoline. Loss is estimated at $5.

On May 24, 2005 in the 4100 block of Granite St, Bealeton, the complainant reported the theft of alcoholic beverages. Loss is estimated at $1160.

On May 24, 2005 in the 5500 block of Crosslane Dr, The Plains, the complainant reported the theft of a laptop computer. Loss is estimated at $750. Investigation continues.

On May 24, 2005 in the 700 block of Waterloo Rd, Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of a purse and contents. Loss is estimated at $100. Investigation continues.

On May 27, 2005 in the 6300 block of Village Center Dr, Bealeton, the complainant reported the theft of cash and damage to glassware. Loss is estimated at $62. Closed by arrest.

On May 29, 2005 in the 10000 block of James Madison Hwy, Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of gasoline. Loss is estimated at $12.

On May 29, 2005 in the 6100 block of Saints Hill Ln, Broad Run, four complainants reported thefts of cash and CDs from a residence and vehicles. Loss is estimated at $2550. Investigation continues.

On May 29, 2005 in the 10700 block of Brent Town Rd, Catlett, the complainant reported the theft of a riding lawn mower. Loss is estimated at $2000.

Offense: Motor Vehicle Theft

On May 23, 2005 in the 9100 block of Upper Rd, Upperville, the complainant reported the theft of a vehicle. The vehicle was recovered without damage. Investigation continues.

On May 24, 2005 in the 1300 block of Aquia Rd, Midland, the Sheriff’s Office recovered a vehicle stolen from another jurisdiction.

Offense: Narcotics Violation

On May 28, 2005 in the 7900 block of Leeds Manor Rd, Warrenton, the Sheriff’s Office investigated a narcotics violation. This incident included a single vehicle accident with no reported injury.

Offense: Suspicious

On May 28, 2005 in the 7000 block of Panorama Ct, Warrenton, the complainant reported a suspicious incident.

Offense: Traffic

On May 27, 2005 in the 5100 block of Catlett Rd, Midland, an arrest was made for traffic violations.

Accidents:

On May 23, 2005 an accident was reported in the 5100 block of Lee Hwy involving two vehicles. No injury was reported.

On May 25, 2005 an accident was reported in the 4000 block of Zulla Rd involving three vehicles. Seven injuries were reported.

On May 28, 2005 an accident was reported at the intersection of Bristersburg Rd and Courtney School Rd involving one vehicle. No injury was reported.

On May 28, 2005 an accident was reported at the intersection of Marsh Rd and Catlett Rd involving two vehicles. One injury was reported.

On May 28, 2005 an accident was reported in the 5000 block of Lee Hwy involving three vehicles. No injury was reported.

On May 29, 2005 an accident was reported in the 7000 block of Wilson Rd involving a motorcycle and a deer. One injury was reported.

On May 29, 2005 an accident was reported in the 9000 block of Rogues Rd involving one vehicle. One injury was reported.

On May 29, 2005 an accident was reported in the 12300 block of Bristersburg Rd involving two vehicles. Five injuries and one fatality were reported.

Domestics: The Sheriff’s Office responded to nine domestic incidents.
