On January 4, 2006 in the 6000 block of Wood Thrush Ct, Warrenton, the complainant reported an assault with minor injury. Investigation continues.

On January 5, 2006 in the 6400 block of Briggs Rd, Warrenton, the complainant reported an assault with minor injury. Closed by arrest.

On January 7, 2006 in the 10500 block of Bristersburg Rd, Midland, the complainant reported an assault with minor injury.

On January 8, 2006 in the 12100 block of Lucky Hill Rd, Remington, the complainant reported an assault with minor injury.

Assist:

On January 2, 2006 the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen in the 11000 block of Blake Ln, Bealeton.

On January 5, 2006 the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen in the 11200 block of Beales Branch Rd, Remington.

On January 5, 2006 the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen in the 9600 block of Shenandoah Path, Catlett.

On January 5, 2006 the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen in the 9800 block of Bristersburg Rd, Catlett.

On January 6, 2006 in the 6300 block of Village Center Dr, Bealeton, the complainant reported a breaking and entering. Loss is undetermined. Investigation continues.

Destruction of Property:

On January 3, 2006 in the 6300 block of Schoolhouse Rd, Bealeton, the complainant reported damage to windows. Loss is estimated at $1000.

On January 5, 2006 in the 11100 block of Willow Dr, Bealeton, the complainant reported damage to a vehicle. Loss is estimated at $150.

On January 6, 2006 in the 10800 block of Willow Dr, Bealeton, the complainant reported damage to a vehicle. Loss is estimated at $100.

On January 8, 2006 near the intersection of Marsh Rd and Remington Rd, Bealeton, an arrest was made for driving while intoxicated.

Drunk in Public:

On January 5, 2006 in the 4200 block of Mosby St, Marshall, an arrest was made for public intoxication.

Fraud:

On January 2, 2006 in the 9000 block of Cherity Ln, Catlett, the complainant reported a fraud. Loss is estimated at $1,500. Investigation continues.

Larceny:

On January 3, 2006 in the 5000 block of Lee Hwy, Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of gasoline. Loss is estimated at $35. Investigation continues.

On January 3, 2006 in the 5000 block of Lee Hwy, Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of gasoline. Loss is estimated at $7.

On January 3, 2006 in the 4500 block of Silver Hill Ct, Sumerduck, the complainant reported the theft of power tools. Loss is estimated at $1,400. Investigation continues.

On January 6, 2006 in the 11200 block of Whipkey Dr, Bealeton, the complainant reported the theft of construction equipment. Loss is estimated at $2500.

On January 6, 2006 in the 6400 block of Lee Hwy, Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of gasoline. Loss is estimated at $41.

On January 8, 2006 in the 12100 block of Freemans Ford Rd, Remington, the complainant reported the theft of a stereo from a vehicle. Loss is estimated at $200.

Littering:

On January 8, 2006 in the 9800 block of Conde Rd, Marshall, the complainant reported littering. This incident includes game violations.

Mailboxes:

On January 5, 2006 mailboxes were reported damaged or stolen in the 7500 block of Frytown Rd, 7200 block of Airlie Rd, 6200 block of High Meadow Pl, 8000 block of Medallion Av, 6700 block of Blackwell Rd, 7400 block of Terranova Dr, the 7200 block of Auburn Mill Rd, and the 7100 block of Westmoreland Dr, all of Warrenton. Total loss is estimated at $590.

Motor Vehicle Theft:

On January 2, 2006 in the 6600 block of Grays Mill Rd, Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of a vehicle. Loss is estimated at $8000. Investigation continues.

Property:

On January 2, 2005 in the 3900 block of Dumfries Rd, Catlett, the complainant reported lost medication. Loss is estimated at $55.

On January 4, 2006 in the 7600 block of Old Carters Mill Rd, Marshall, the complainant reported a lost cell phone. Loss is estimated at $300.

On January 7, 2006 a found wallet was surrendered to the Sheriff’s Office.

Suspicious:

On January 2, 2006 in the 3300 block of Cobbler Mountain Rd, Delaplane, the complainant reported a suspicious incident.

On January 2, 2006 in the 6100 block of Bain Ct, Bealeton, the complainant reported a suspicious fire. Loss is estimated at $52,500.

Traffic:

On January 3, 2006 in the 6600 block of Balls Mill Rd, Bealeton, an arrest was made for several traffic violations.

On January 4, 2006 in the 500 block of Fauquier Rd, Warrenton, the Sheriff’s Office towed a vehicle.

On January 4, 2006 in the 9300 block of Elk Run Rd, Catlett, an arrest was made for a traffic offense.

On January 4, 2006 in the 13400 block of Marsh Rd, Bealeton, the Sheriff’s Office towed an abandoned vehicle.

On January 5, 2006 in the 7200 block of John S Mosby Hwy, Middleburg, an arrest was made for driving without a license.

Accidents:

On January 3, 2006 an accident was reported in the 10100 block of Marsh Rd involving one vehicle and a deer. No injuries were reported.

On January 7, 2006 an accident was reported in the 4200 block of Catlett Rd involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

On January 7, 2006 an accident was reported in the 8600 block of Springs Rd involving one vehicle. One injury was reported.

On January 8, 2006 an accident was reported in the 5500 block of Lee Hwy involving three vehicles. No injuries were reported.

On January 8, 2006 an accident was reported in the 4800 block of Winchester Rd involving one vehicle and a deer. No injuries were reported.

Domestic:

The Sheriff’s Office responded to nine domestic incidents.
