Abandoned Vehicle:

On April 7, 2007 in the 7200 block of Colonial Rd., Warrenton, the complainant reported an abandoned vehicle.

On April 8, 2007 in the 4400 block of Dyes Ln., Sumerduck, the complainant reported an abandoned vehicle.

Assist Citizen:

On April 3, 2007 in the 8200 block of West View Ln., Upperville, the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen.

On April 4, 2007 in the 11000 block of Marsh Rd., Bealeton, the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen.

On April 6, 2007 in the 11600 block of Blackwell Town Rd, Bealeton, the Sheriff’s Office assisted the Fire Department.

On April 6, 2007 in the 9400 block of Elk Run Rd, Catlett, the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen.

On April 6, 2007 in the 1000 block of Still Mill Rd., Remington, the Sheriff’s Office assisted a citizen.

Assault:

On April 4, 2007 in the 4100 block Belvoir Rd., Marshall, the complainant reported an assault. Minor injuries were reported.

On April 4, 2007 in the 4300 block of Grapewood Dr., Warrenton, the complainant reported an assault. No injuries were found.

Breaking and Entering:

On April 3, 2007 in the 4400 block of Catlett Rd., Midland, the complainant reported a breaking and entering. Loss not yet estimated. Investigation continues.

Destruction of Property:

On April 2, 2007 in the 10000 block of Marsh Rd., Bealeton, the complainant reported damage to a vending machine. Loss is estimated at $255.

On April 3, 2007 in the 6200 block of Station Dr., Bealeton, the complainant reported damage to a lock. Loss is estimated at $100.

On April 3, 2007 in the 4100 block of Winchester Rd., the complainant reported damage to merchandise. Loss is estimated at $30. Investigation continues.

On April 7, 2007 in the 7300 block of Comfort Inn Dr., Warrenton, the complainant reported damage to various items. Loss is estimated at $710.

On April 7, 2007 in the 6100 Olivera Ave., Bealeton, the complainant reported damage to a home. Loss is estimated at $500. Investigation continues.

On April 7, 2007 in the 5900 block of Wilson Rd., Warrenton, the complainant reported damage to a mailbox. Loss is estimated at $50.

On April 9, 2007 in the 10000 block of Elk Run Rd., Catlett, the complainant reported damage to a vehicle. Loss is estimated at $150. Investigation continues.

On April 8, 2007 in the 6000 block of Georgetown Rd., Broadrun, the complainant reported damage to a vehicle. Loss is estimated at $ 500.

On April 8, 2007 in the 10000 block of John S. Mosby Hwy, Upperville, the complainant reported damage to a vehicle. Loss is estimated at $270. Investigation continues.

Driving Under the Influence:

On April 3, 2007 in the 3000 block of Halfway Rd., The Plains, an arrest was made for driving under the influence, and possession of alcohol.

On April 3,2007 in the 7500 block of Eastern Bypass, Warrenton, an arrest was made for driving under the influence.

On April 4, 2007 in the 10000 block of James Madison Hwy., Warrenton, an arrest was made for driving under the influence.

On April 4, 2007 in the 6300 block of Lee Hwy., Warrenton, an arrest was made for driving under the influence.

On April 4, 2007 in the 6700 block of James Madison Hwy., Warrenton, an arrest was made for driving under the influence.

On April 7, 2007 on the 10000 block of Old Marsh Rd., Bealeton, an arrest was made for driving under the influence.

On April 7, 2007 at the 25 mile marker on I-66, Marshall, an arrest was made for driving under the influence.

On April 8, 2007 in the 11100 block of Willow Dr., Bealeton, an arrest was made for driving under the influence.

Intimidation:

On April 5, 2007 in the 300 block of Jackson St, Warrenton, the complainant reported threats.

Larceny:

On April 2, 2007 in the 10000 block of Hume Rd., Hume, the complainant reported theft of various documents. Loss is estimated at $10,000. Investigation continues.

On April 3, 2007 in the 10000 block of Spencer St, Bealeton, the complainant reported theft of a paint sprayer. Loss is estimated at $3400. Investigation continues.

On April 4, 2007 in the 11000 block of Coffman Cir., Bealeton, the complainant reported the theft of jewelry. Loss is estimated at $300. Investigation continues.

On April 4, 2007 in the 4100 block of Melody Ln, Marshall, the complainant reported the theft of cash. Loss is estimated at $30.

On April 5, 2007 in the 6700 block of Grays Mill Rd, Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of a chainsaw. Loss is estimated at $275. Investigation continues.

On April 6, 2007 in the 4500 block of Lee Hwy., Warrenton, the complainant reported theft of a wood chipper. Loss is estimated at $26,871. Investigation continues.

On April 6, 2007 in the 4000 block of Stagecoach Springs Rd., Catlett, the complainant reported the theft of various items. Loss is estimated at $1775. Investigation continues.

On April 7, 2007 in the 6700 block of John Barton Payne Rd., Orlean, the complainant reported the theft of outdoor furniture. Loss is estimated at $3000. Investigation continues.

On April 7, 2007 in the 10000 block of Tibert Ct., Bealeton, the complainant reported the theft of various items. Loss is estimated at $500. Investigation continues.

On April 8, 2007 in the 700 block of Waterloo Rd., Warrenton, the complainant reported the theft of various items. Loss is estimated at $ 177. Investigation continues.

Motor Vehicle Theft:

On April 5, 2007 in the 3600 block of Cherry Hill Rd, Linden, the complainant reported the theft of six vehicles. Loss is estimated at $2000. Investigation continues.

Narcotics Violation:

On April 3, 2007 in the 400 block of Broadview Ave., Warrenton, an arrest was made for narcotic violation.

On April 7, 2006 in the 5100 block of Catlett Rd., Midland, an arrest was made for narcotics violation.

On April 8, 2007 in the 6300 block of Catlett Rd., Bealeton, an arrest was made for narcotics violation.

Suspicious Occurrence:

On April 4, 2007 in the 6300 block of Lee Hwy., Warrenton, the complainant reported a suspicious occurrence.

On April 6, 2007 in the 7500 block of Keith Rd., Warrenton, the complainant reported a suspicious occurrence.

On April 7, 2007 in the 9200 block of Springs Rd., Warrenton, the complainant reported a suspicious occurrence.

Trespassing:

On April 7, 2007 in the 7300 block of Hilly Ln., Warrenton, the complainant reported a trespassing and disorderly conduct.

Unauthorized Use:

On April 6, 2007 in the 7100 block of Mosby Dr., Warrenton, the complainant reported an unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Violate a Protective Order:

On April 4, 2007 in the 13000 block of Fairhaven Ln., Sumerduck, an arrest was made for violation of a protective order.

Accident:

On April 3, 2007 an accident was reported in the 3000 block of Halfway Rd., involving one vehicle. No injuries were reported.

On April 4, 2007 an accident was reported in the 1400 block of Rokbey Rd., Upperville, involving one vehicle and a tree. One fatality was reported.

On April 5, 2007 an accident was reported in the 6300 block of Beach Rd involving one vehicle. One injury was reported.

On April 5, 2007 an accident was reported at the intersection of Vint Hill Rd and Kennedy Rd involving two vehicles. No injuries were reported.

On April 5, 2007 an accident was reported in the 8000 block of the Eastern Bypass involving three vehicles. No injuries were reported.

On April 5, 2007 an accident was reported in the 8800 block of James Madison Hwy involving two vehicles. One injury was reported.

On April 8, 2007 an accident was reported in the 4600 block of Catlett Rd., involving one vehicle. No injuries were reported.

Domestic:

The Sheriff’s responded to eleven domestic related issues.
