A Public Hearing to Consider Revisions to the Department of Community Development's Land Development Fee Schedule and Building and Inspections Fee Schedule
A review of Community Development's fee schedules shows the need to update some of the Department's fees to bring them in line with State and Federal Code as well as to ensure that they are consistent with the Department's processing procedures. The Land Development Fee Schedule and Building and Inspections Fee Schedule were last updated on July 1, 2018, with the exception of a minor change to the Telecommunication fee updated on April 1, 2019.
