Chair Yoga brings the same physical, mental and spiritual benefits as regular yoga - helping to prevent muscle loss, improve joint stability and diminish pain and stiffness. While seated on chairs, students can do versions of twists, hip stretches, forward bends and mild backbends. Anna, the instructor for the class is a registered RYT '500 yoga teacher.
