Yoga is structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. This class is ideal for anyone wanting to work on stress-release, flexibility and balance, gradually and comfortably. Students will ease into a variety of Hatha yoga postures, focus on breath work, relaxation, and feeling great! PLEASE BRING A YOGA MAT TO CLASS AND DRESS IN CLOTHES COMFORTABLE TO MOVE AROUND IN.
