This 8-week Transitions program is for youth ages 11-14 who are stepping into middle and high school, one of the most important shifts in their lives. Sessions tackle some of the real-life topics from healthy friendships, and decision-making, to online awareness, stress-management, and developing a growth mindset. The format is small-group and engaging, with guided discussions, skill-building activities, and scenario-based exercises. Each session stands on its own, and every week sends them home with something they can use right away.
