Purpose
The purpose of the Fauquier County Airport Committee is to serve as the management body for the Board of Supervisors and the County Administrator to oversee the operation of the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport.
Authority
The Airport Committee was established in 1992 in conformance with a resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors pursuant to the Code of Virginia.
Term
Committee member terms are four years, concurrent with the Board of Supervisors.
