Purpose
The Board of Building Code Appeals is charged with hearing appeals of decisions made by the Building Official relative to the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code. Applicants for appeals are generally those persons or entities regulated under the building code and who disagree with an enforcement action of the Fauquier County building official.
Authority
The Board of Building Code Appeals was established pursuant to the Code of Virginia.
Term
Committee members serve four-year staggered terms, ending December 31.
