Purpose
A 14-member board manages the local affairs of Laurel Ridge Community College. Board members represent the following political subdivisions: Clarke, Fauquier, Frederick, Page, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, and Warren counties and the city of Winchester.
Authority
The Lord Fairfax Community College Board is established in conformance with the State Board for Community Colleges of the Commonwealth of Virginia pursuant to the Code of Virginia
Term
Board member terms are four years, ending June 30.
