Northern Piedmont Beginning Farmer Program
Join us to work with local educators, producers, and industry leaders to explore those questions and evaluate your farming future. The Northern Piedmont Beginning Farmer Program (NPBFP) is a multi-class initiative to help aspiring and diversifying farms make informed decisions about a new operation. NPBFP uses curriculum compiled by VA Tech and Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE).
We are very pleased to announce that there are scholarships available to anyone who might find the class fees a burden. These scholarships are made possible through the generosity of one of our our former students. For more information, please contact Jim Hankins, fauquieredfarm@gmail.com
