What is OCRA?

The Virginia General Assembly authorized system enabling secure remote access by subscribers to digital civil and criminal case files stored in the Supreme Court of Virginia's Case Imaging System (CIS).

Who can use OCRA?

Members in good standing of the Virginia State Bar.

How do I subscribe to OCRA?

Each attorney must complete the OCRA Application and Subscriber Agreement and send that along with the annual subscription fee to Fauquier County Circuit Court Clerk's Office.  Attention: OCRA Subscription, 29 Ashby Street, Warrenton, VA 20186

How much is the subscription fee? 

$120.00.  Make checks payable to Clerk, Circuit Court of Fauquier County. 

What records are available via OCRA?

Non-confidential criminal and civil cases filed after January 1, 2008, with the exception of sealed, confidential, and restricted documents,

And other non-confidential filings since January 1, 2008, in cases filed before January 1, 2008.
