When preparing legal notices requiring the address for the front door of the courthouse, please use the 40 Culpeper Street address. Legal notices may be published in any one of the following newspapers which meet the requirements of Section 8.01-324 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, for legal notices:

  1. The Fauquier Times
  2. The Culpeper Star-Exponent
  3. The Washington Post
