Complete the request form to receive an application for land use or request duplicate revalidation forms.  For land use applications, you will be placed on a list to receive a form.  All applications are mailed out at the end of August.  This is not a guarantee of approval for land use.  Filing time for land use is September 1 to October 25 each year.  Duplicate revalidation forms will be sent after our office receives the request.
