BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

Members of the public who would like to provide comments to the Board of Zoning Appeals at a regular public hearing are encouraged to do so.

Written Correspondence:

• Advance written comments may be mailed to the Board of Zoning Appeals,16 Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Warrenton, Virginia 20186.

E-mail Comments:

• Advance written comments may be submitted electronically to: meredith.meixner@fauquiercounty.gov.

In Person:

• Seating will be available to those desiring to speak during a scheduled public hearing. 

• Citizens wishing to appear in person should arrive prior to the start time of the meeting. Upon arrival at the Warren Green Building, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, VA 20186 you will receive additional direction.

• Comments will be limited to three minutes.

Citizen Comments:

•  Written or emailed comments will not be read aloud into the record; however, these comments will be provided to the Board of Zoning Appeals for its consideration and will be included in the meeting file.
