A bond release may be requested when a project can be demonstrated to be one hundred (100) percent complete. 

• Bond Reduction/Release Application
• Sealed and signed reduction spreadsheet (please take the original Bond Estimate Review Spreadsheet (Excel Spreadsheet) used for the project and add a reduction column)
• $550 fee (includes technology fee)
• Digital copy of release spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel format.

Before any bond for stormwater management facilities can be released, a completed As-Built Application & Maintenance Agreement must be provided for review and approval.

Public Streets

Before any bond for public streets can be released, they must be accepted into the Virginia Department of Transportation State System of Secondary Highways.  Please see Street Inspection/Street Acceptance Procedures.
