The County allows for two processes to amend or revise approved Construction Plans and Infrastructure Plans. A plan Revision is required to make minor changes, while a plan Amendment is required to make major changes. In either case, the applicant must contact Zoning and Development Services staff to discuss which process should be used for the proposed changes to the approved plan. Prior to filing an application for a Revision or an Amendment, the applicant must have pre-approval from the County case manager for the project.

Construction and Infrastructure Plan Revision

To be used for minor changes only, with pre-approval from the County case manager for the project.

Submission Requirements:

The applicant must contact the County case manager to determine the number of plan or plat copies required, and any additional information or documentation that will be necessary for review and approval of the minor Revision. Once the proposed Revision has been reviewed, the plan or plat will be approved and a copy will be placed into the County project file to document the minor Revision.
