It is strongly recommended the owner or applicant schedule a Pre-Application meeting before submitting a site plan application. County Pre-Application procedures can be found here. Contact FCWSA at (540)349-2092 or visit the website at www.fcwsa.org. A Technical Review Committee (TRC) meeting is scheduled after first submission comments are received. This meeting is available to discuss any comments the applicant wishes to have clarification or discuss in detail. Please see TRC Meeting Dates to determine the date of the meeting based on the acceptance of the application. |

STEP 1: COUNTY COMPLETENESS REVIEW |

This review is required prior to the 1st submission of a site plan to Community Development. You will need the following in order to submit for Minimum Submission Review:

STEP 2: SUBMISSION & APPROVAL OF SITE PLAN Our goal is to approve site plans after two reviews, however, the number of reviews may be more if department comments are not completely addressed prior to submission. The County will provide written review comments to the applicant and owner after each review. After the first review, a Technical Review Meeting will be held. This meeting gives the applicant an opportunity to meet with reviewers to discuss received comments. A resubmission fee is charged for any review required beyond the two reviews & signature sets.
