  • Land Development Application with original signatures
  • Minor Site Plan Checklist
  • VDOT Site Plan Checklist
  • Fee:  $880 for Minor Site Plan; $550 for Telecommunication (includes technology fee)
  • Number of site plan copies required determined by Zoning Staff.  Check in advance.
  • Flash Drive containing individual PDFs of all submission materials - do not include any financial information (i.e. copies of checks or the fee calculation sheet)
