When submission of a combined preliminary/construction plan submission is approved, the waiver of the final soil map will be approved. If a preliminary soil report has been prepared, it will serve in lieu of the final soil report. If the preliminary soil report requirement has been waived, then the final soil report requirement will be waived. When the final soil report is waived, the requirement for a 2-foot contour topographic map may be waived unless required by other reviewers or necessitated by unusual site conditions.

No application or fee is required for this waiver request.  Decision and documentation related to the waiver are made at the Pre-Application meeting.
