To get ready for emergencies follow these three steps:

2. Get a kit - visit https://www.ready.gov/build-a-kit for a checklist of items to include in your kit.  

3. Download the FEMA App from Google Play or the App Store or text APPLE to 43362 or ANDROID to 43362 to download the app. With the app you can learn emergency safety tips for over 20 types of disasters and prepare for disasters with a customizable emergency kit checklist, emergency family plan, and reminders.
