February 2026 - Fauquier County Snow Team
The dedication and commitment in response to Winter Storm Fern that occurred at the end of January 2026 by our Snow Team was unmatched. The storm not only gave us several inches of snow, but also sleet, and ice. Creating a complex snow removal process.
Their hard work over the course of several days did not go unnoticed. The magnitude of the challenge faced, and the rapid response needed required great effort on the entire Snow Team. All hands-on deck was necessary to meet the task at hand. Their actions have redefined what being an “essential” employee really means.
