The Fauquier County Employee Wellness Center, powered by Marathon Health is open and available for all permanent employees.

The wellness center is a great resource for employees and their families to visit with licensed staff to diagnose, treat and prescribe for a wide variety of common illnesses and injuries. In addition to sick care, we are excited to offer a full range of health assessment and coaching services for FREE (HDHP participants pay a $20 co-pay).

Inclement Weather Policy

 The Fauquier County Employee Wellness Center adheres to the inclement weather policy of the Fauquier County Government regarding closures or delays, with some modifications:

  • Scheduled Virtual/Phone Visits: We strive to conduct all pre-scheduled virtual or phone appointments as planned.
  • Scheduled In-Person Visits: For in-person appointments, we will reach out to patients to determine whether the visit can be converted to a virtual or phone appointment at the same day and time, if appropriate.

If an appointment cannot be adapted for virtual or phone consultation, we will contact the patient to reschedule for a later date.
