Q: I am only enrolled in dental insurance with Fauquier County. Am I eligible to enroll in vision only?
A: Yes, you are eligible to enroll in the voluntary vision plan. You do not need to be enrolled in the County’s health insurance coverage to sign up for vision benefits.

Q: If I enroll, will I receive a separate insurance card for vision?
A: No. One card for medical, RX, standard vision, and voluntary vision.

Q: I’m trying to find out the name of the new vision plan so I can check if my eye doctor accepts it. What is it called?

A: The plan is called Enhanced Blue View Vision. If your provider accepts our current vision coverage through Anthem, they will also accept this enhanced plan.
