1. Go to Anthem Find Care.
2. Select Basic Search as a Guest.
3. Choose the type of plan or network: Medical Plan or Network.
4. Select Virginia as the state where your plan is offered.
5. Choose how you get health insurance: Medical (Employer-Sponsored).
6. Select a Plan or Network:
   • • HDHP with HSA - Anthem Healthkeepers OAPOS
     • Healthkeepers – Anthem Healthkeepers OAPOS
     • Keycare – Keycare PPO
7. After selecting the appropriate plan, you can search by entering the name of your doctor, procedure, or service.

Additionally, it’s recommended that you call the physician or healthcare provider to confirm they participate in the Healthkeepers OAPOS or Keycare network.

***If you’re looking for out-of-state care, follow steps 1–7 as outlined above. When asked to select your plan’s state, choose Virginia. At step 6, select the National PPO (BlueCard PPO) network, then on the next page update the location to where you’re seeking care.
