Step into the challenge at the Crockett Park Archery Adventure, the region’s first all‑day 3D archery event. Traverse wooded trails, lakeside edges, and open spillway terrain as you take on realistic hunting‑style shots crafted to test accuracy, distance judgment, and mental focus.

Built for experienced archers, this event delivers technical angles, elevation changes, and true field scenarios that sharpen skills before the season. Come for the challenge, stay for the fun, and leave with the adventure still buzzing in your veins!

  • Date & Time: September 19, 2026, 9am-5pm (Rain or Shine event, Storm date: September 26)

  • Location: C.M. Crockett Park, 10066 Rouges Rd, Midland, VA

  • Format: All‑day 3D archery courses

  • Equipment: Archers must bring their own bows and gear

  • Restrictions: No crossbows or broadhead arrows allowed

Event Courses

Adult Courses (Designed for Experienced Archers)
• No Limits Out West Hunt – Intermediate course along the open Blue-bird Cross Country trail and open dam terrain
• DWR VA Big Game – More technical course through forest and spillway with challenging angles and longer shots

Youth Course (Ages 6–15)
• Crockett Cubs Course – A beginner-friendly 3D course with close-range targets focused on confidence-building and fundamentals

Participants may shoot multiple times throughout the day. A long-distance challenge shot will also be available for those ready to test their maximum effective range for a chance to win a prize.
