Rental requests for facilities are REQUESTS ONLY and are pending Department approval. Be sure to continue through the online "payment" process until a final receipt is generated; as well as a follow-up email correspondence to ensure your request has been finalized and processed. Be advised your rental may be subject to additional permits and permit fees after review by staff. Please allow up to 72 hours for an email response indicating the status of your rental inquiry.

All rentals require full payment of rental fees prior to your rental date, payable upon Department approval.
