The 2022 Reassessment Manual was produced by the 2022 Reassessment Contractor, Wampler and Eanes, at the completion of the  2022 Reassessment.  The intent of this manual is to provide the schedule and appraisal guidelines so that Fauquier County will be able to maintain an equalization of values in the years following the general reassessment program.

A copy of the reassessment manual is located in the Office of the Commissioner of the Revenue and in the Reassessment Office.
