The Code of Virginia § 24.2-415 requires that notice be given of the date, time and location for the final day of voter registration preceding each election.

2026 Voter Registration Deadlines:

June 16, 2026 Primary Election (If held)
Deadline Date and Time: June 5, 2026 at 5:00 pm

November 3, 2026 General Election
Deadline Date and Time: October 23, 2026 at 5:00 pm
